Land

From Victoria (South Vancouver Island) : Travel north for 111 kilometres on Highway #1 to the community of Nanaimo. From Nanaimo continue traveling on Hwy #1 (or travel the Oceanside Route - Inland Highway) north for 107 kilometres to the community of Courtenay.

From Port Hardy (North Vancouver Island) : Travel south for 238 kilometres on Highway #19A to the community of Campbell River. From Campbell River continue traveling on Hwy #19 (or travel the Oceanside Route - Inland Highway) south for 50 kilometres to the community of Courtenay.

Air

Comox Valley Airport receives daily flights from Vancouver International Airport. Canadian airlines, charter planes and private planes all operate from the airport. The airport is located off of Military Row on Knight Road near the Comox Air Force Base.

Oceans

The Little River BC Ferry Terminal in the Comox Valley provides transportation from Courtenay to Powell River on the Sunshine Coast. The Little River Ferry is the northern most point on Vancouver Island for accessing the Sunshine Coast on the mainland.
