Vancouver Island Mountain Bike recreational areas are some of the most talked about biking trails involving wildlife and scenery... and many trails treat a rider to some very scenic mountain views. The trail system varies per area... some developed and some just require directions to the trailhead. Some routes are easy and level while other bike routes are challenging with many natural obstacles like tree roots,deadfall and some mud, rock and bolder climbing opportunities too.
